Hey hey! So I've had four different folks contact me in the last few days alone asking for help with various DA-related stuff. I'm not a staff member anymore. I haven't been for over four years now. The list on about.deviantart.com is the most up to date list of the current staff. The ones you find on groups are likely years out of date so please don't use those. In any case, if you need help, going to a staffer's (or non-staffer's) userpage and posting about it in their comment section isn't your best bet. Check out the FAQ, go to the helpdesk, or contact them through email!

Rising Sand Act 2!

Act 2 starts in just three days! We've got a brand new website (finally escaped tumblr), so now is a perfect time to get caught up or read it all over again! >>> risingsand.glass
Thank you a ton to everyone that's hung with us during this really lengthy break between acts. We needed that time to slay the KS and get a good sized buffer going before updating publicly again. Oh! I always feel a little lost during the last few days of the year after christmas. That week just kinda hangs in the air and I never quite feel like I'm doing enough with the time that's left before the year clicks over. This past year has been a whirlwind of scary non-art stuff (If you're immigrating/applying for residency in another country, GET LEGAL HELP. For real. You might think you can do this on your own and it'll be fine, but get help anyway.) and wonderful ups n downs in comic work. Thank you so much for hanging with Ty and I on our adventure with Rising Sand. The Kickstarter funding was incredible and now we're going through the process of folding that money back into the goodies. Act 2 is still a ways out as we still need to continue building the buffer and getting good n ahead before posting up pages again. If you haven't read it, seriously, go read it.

You won't get the lore goodies on TAP though so I suggest you read on the site if you're into the extra stuff.

Rising Sand Kickstarter: Final 24 Hours!

We hit our second stretch goal! Everybody who backed a physical tier gets an RS broken sun logo patch now! We're coming up on our last 24 hours of the campaign. It's difficult not to feel like you're spamming the hell out of everyone when you have an active one going. But you can't afford to be shy about it! I'm just super excited to be able to stop shouting about it every day. haha
Thank you so much for helping us bring this thing to the physical realm. Ty and I both love Rising Sand so much and we can't wait to get it into your hands (and ours)!

OH HOLY CRAP, IT'S HAPPENING!! We're aiming for the 8th, but of course won't hit the GO button until we're sure everything is in order and ready. But a Kickstarter is in Rising Sand's future and we're so dang excited! Get those dollars ready!
