Y'know, I think I've changed my avatar three times in the past two days. I'm a mischievous creature of confusion-inducing tendencies, what can I say. Three notes awaited me this morning, each pleas for me to stop changing my avatar because no one recognized me anymore. Never mind the fact that my username is displayed right next to it. :XD:

Anyhoo, my current avatar is an amazing picture of Kidd by =alexds1. I'll be sticking with this one for a while so hopefully I won't be further confusing deviants... at least with my avatar anyway. :bucktooth:

My little housecat has been trying really hard to skirt past me to get outside through the back door lately. I think there's a desperate need for her to be jungle cat once in a while and I'm fairly certain she's plotting my death for denying her that experience. When I woke up this morning and let the dog out a bright blue parakeet was sitting in the center of my backyard. He let me get pretty close, closer than any of the other birds around here do, before taking off. Squeak, my cat, got out again not too long ago only to be dive-bombed by the parakeet. It was awesome. If she wasn't plotting my untimely demise already, I'm sure she is now. I laughed at her hard enough.

Alrighty, back to work with me. You guys have a happy Tuesday!

:blinks: I always recognize you. You have a certain... consistency to your avatar. It's usually Kidd or the cat. And, yeah, your username, too. ^^; That's kind of a gimmee.

When looking for parakeets don't forget to include a search on the term "budgie" as apparently a great deal of the world outside the U.S. calls them budgies, or budgerigards, not parakeets. Isn't that odd? :)

I was told that budgies and parakeets are actually slightly different as far as breed goes.
Birds are evil...Parrots doubly so!

Your cat sounds as amusing as mine, she's very jungle cat at the moment, just the other day she climbed two trees in the space of a couple of minutes. :faint:

Ahhh. That may very well be true. I was told they were the same thing but I don't know one single thing about birds. :D
