The characters are dynamic and detailed enough that they keep the eyes focusing on one at a time. The blackwork blends in with the girls hair which is a bit distracting at first, and it does provides separation for the characters. Each character appropriately depicts one of four presented elements and without color with still has continuity as a whole piece of art.

Suggestions: Pull the backdrop back with a middle ground tone, add sheen to the girls hair to draw it away from the other blackwork. And keep it up I love your artwork style!
